Workshop introduction, Day 1 agenda overview, ice-breaker, and design thinking lecture.
10:30 - 11:20:
Group work on empathy, including user observation, interviews, and creating an empathy map and user persona.

Lecture on defining user problems and group work on problem statements.

Lecture on testing and retesting, followed by group work on prototype feedback.

Lecture on storytelling and pitching using the AIDA framework.

Group work on reiterating feedback and preparing presentations.

Presentation workshop and cross-feedback session on Miro board.
